Refund policy
At Funktee, we want you to love what you wear. Every product is carefully inspected before dispatch. However, if you receive an incorrect, damaged, defective, or faulty item, we're here to help.
Please note that we do not offer refunds. We only provide replacements or exchanges under the conditions outlined below.
Eligibility for Replacement or Exchange
A replacement or exchange request will be accepted if:
- You receive an incorrect product.
- The product is damaged during transit.
- The product has a manufacturing defect or quality issue.
To be eligible, the product must:
- Be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
- Be returned in the same condition as received.
- Have all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
- Be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Mandatory Unboxing Video
To process any claim for:
- Damaged products
- Defective products
- Missing items
- Incorrect products
A clear, uninterrupted unboxing video is mandatory.
The video must clearly show:
- The sealed package before opening.
- The shipping label.
- The complete unboxing process.
- The issue with the product.
Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video may not be eligible for replacement or exchange.
Exchange & Replacement Process
Step 1: Submit Your Request
Email us at support@funktee.in with:
- Order Number
- Product Images
- Unboxing Video
- Reason for Replacement/Exchange
Step 2: Verification
Our team will review your request within 24–48 business hours.
Once approved, we will initiate the replacement or exchange process.
Step 3: Pickup Arrangement
For approved exchanges or replacements, a pickup will be scheduled within 48 hours, subject to service availability in your area.
Step 4: Quality Check
Once the product is received at our warehouse, it will undergo a quality inspection.
Step 5: Dispatch
The replacement or exchanged item will be dispatched after successful verification.
Non-Eligible Cases
Replacement or exchange requests will not be accepted for:
- Products returned without original tags or packaging.
- Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
- Size issues due to incorrect size selection by the customer (please refer to the size chart before ordering).
- Requests made after the specified reporting period.
- Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
